Winemaking and Maturation
Temperature-controlled fermentation in concrete and stainless steel tanks. Combined with extended maceration for 20-30 days. Aged in large Slavonian and French oak botti for 24 - 30 months.
Tasting Notes
"The nose is brimming with candied red fruits, accompanied by an abundance of fresh green herbs and a hint of pine. On the palate, the wine is mouth-filling, with present tannins that provide structure and support.
