Delivery costs depend on your location and the size of your order. If your total order exceeds R2 250, your delivery is free nationwide. Before completing your purchase, you can view the exact delivery fee during the checkout process.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the delivery option you select at checkout. Deliveries within Cape Town and surrounding areas are usually completed within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes between two and four business days for orders outside of Cape Town.
Can I arrange for a specific delivery date?
Yes, we understand that timing is important, especially for special occasions. During the checkout process, you can let us know in the comment section the specific date and time you would like your wine delivered, and we will do our best to ensure your order arrives at that time and day.
Does Rueda Wine Co. Ship internationally
At Rueda Wine Co., our standard delivery service is available only within South Africa. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your delivery status online directly through this link.
Do I need to create an account to checkout?
No, you do not need to create an account to checkout. However, creating an account allows you to save your information for a faster checkout next time, view your order history, set your favourite products in the store and track your orders.
What is your returns policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within three days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for more details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards and other payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We have partnered with several payment gateways – Peach Payments, PayStack, PayFast and Payflex, so you can choose your favourite. We also accept EFTs.

No, there are no hidden fees at checkout. The total you see in your cart is the final amount you’ll be charged, inclusive of taxes and delivery costs.
