We collect names, contact details, and financial and tax information from suppliers and professional service providers so we can place orders and make payments in respect of any goods or services we may receive. We do this on the basis of the intention of contracting with you or for the performance of a contract we have with you.
In respect of the wine estates/producers of wines we sell on Ruedawine.com, we may use information relating to your products and in some instances your staff to market Ruedawine.com and your products on our social media sites and Ruedawine.com. We do this as we have a legitimate interest in marketing your products and Ruedawine.com for making sales, which is to your benefit as well.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT WHEN YOU REGISTER ON RUEDAWINE.COM AND PURCHASE PRODUCTS
We share your name and address with the courier company for the purpose of products being delivered to you. We use third-party payment providers, namely PayFlex, PayFast, and SnapScan, to process your payments.
