The latest Epilogue will be the third vintage where 66% of the wine has been aged in concrete and blended with 34% that has been aged in new French oak. 66% has been whole bunch fermented
Tasting Notes
Modern Rhône in style, this wine has beautiful perfumed aromatics with hints of white pepper and oak spice. Elegant but intense flavours on the mid-palate with chalky tannins. A wine with a coiled-up tension, signifying its youth and ageing ability.
