Winemaking and Maturation
Grapes are selected and harvested from old vineyards grown on clay soils with a chalky base. Vinification occurs both in stainless steel tanks (80%) and French oak (20%). Refining on its own yeasts for over 4 years, reaching a final dosage of 3.45g/L.
Tasting Note
This Champagne is the culmination of our blind selection, revealing the potential of the year. Clays, Silts or Marls on a Limestone base, depending on the “vintage effect”. Vinous, complex, rich, powerful, suave and intense. The anchoring and imprint of the year.
