This is a champagne made exclusively in the great exceptional years and is therefore a single-cru and single-year, millésimé.
Tasting Notes
Light salmon tinted colour. Fine and abundant bubbles form an attractive mousse.
Nose: Chalk, hazelnut, acacia honey, pruned almond, white vine peach and lychee. On the second attack: citrus notes such as pineapple or Menton lemon, Alsace mirabelle plum with a hint of candied lemon zest.
Palate:The palate reveals hints of Menton lemons and Florida grapefruit with a fine touch of southern Italian bergamot. Superb, mineral finish with a fine touch of salinity.
