Tasting Notes
The 1991 Château Mouton Rothschild exhibits a brickish color with an attractive, slightly orange hue. The nose displays refined aromas, with subtle floral touches of jasmine and more forward roasted notes. Touches of blackcurrant and spice enhance the initial bouquet with airing. The palate is fresh and full, featuring acidulated berry fruit, with refinement and elegance. Well-integrated tannins, leading into a rich and dense finish.
