Direct press, natural fermentation in tank, 21 months aging on the lees. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
Ripe apples and green pastures on the nose, round and creamy mid-palate followed by a fresh breeze and mineral crunch on the finish. Unfined and unfiltered.
