Viticulture is run on organic principles while the influence of new oak is less intrusive in the wines with the use of specially commissioned, larger-format 456L barrels (the equivalent to two standard Burgundy “pièces”, or barriques).
Tasting Notes
The Les Narvaux of Pierre-Vincent Girardin has a golden colour and a complex bouquet of white fruit, citrus and mineral notes. On the palate, it is well-balanced with beautiful acidity. The flavours unfold gradually, revealing notes of hazelnut and fresh butter, characteristic of the Meursault terroir.
