Winemaking and Maturation

Trinity is a separate bottling from a vineyard selected for its distinctive character. Made during Ryan Mostert’s tenure, it explores an individual Kasteelberg site within the Terracura range.

Tasting Notes

Dark berries, olive and floral aromas mingle with fynbos and spice. Concentrated fruit is supported by refreshing acidity and a defined tannic structure.
