Tim Hillock Paradiso Syrah 2022
Vineyards
The grapes come from a single vineyard between Riebeek Kasteel and Malmesbury. The farm is dryland (no irrigation) and certified organic – the wine is unfortunately not certified organic as my family’s cellar has not yet received the certification. These iron-rich soils produce small bunches with the resulting wine both rich in structure and perfume.
Winemaking and Maturation

Tasting Notes
Dark berries, lavender, earth, pepper and spice while the palate has good depth, bright acidy and firm tannins. Full-bodied and flavourful with a nicely dry finish." - Christian Eedes
