Tasting Notes
Clear, firm, yet relatively cool and restrained, polished bouquet with bright yellow fruity, delicately floral and distinctly planty aromas. Tart, rather tightly knit, again bright fruit, clearly plenty and slightly yeasty notes, lively acidity, persistent on the palate, delicately smoky and clearly mineral, a lot of power, but also a certain freshness and tension, good depth, still young, chalky-salty minerality in the background, very good, firm finish with warm and cool elements. Will be able to mature for a long time.
