The cellar is located within a secure, 24-hour guarded business park in Cape Town’s Southern Suburbs. We offer the option of collecting your wines from our warehouse or having them delivered directly to your home nationwide.
receiving and withdrawing your wine
Our team encourages you to direct all wine orders to our cellars. Once your wine is received, it is automatically processed into your live cellar, which you can view 24/7. Wine stored in our cellars can be withdrawn by contacting our cellar team directly via email or telephone. Our cellaring service is both specialised and efficient, allowing us to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours when placed during working hours.

The conditions in the Rueda Wine Co. cellar are recorded hourly, with all data securely stored in the cloud. Condition reports are available to you on a monthly basis upon request, and both live and historic data can be retrieved and displayed as needed. With us, your wine is protected by a comprehensive camera and alarm system monitoring both the interior and exterior. Each warehouse has a single entry and exit point secured with reinforced steel bars, and access is strictly limited to authorised personnel only.
