CHAMPAGNE CHAVOST

In the Footsteps of Ancestors

Champagne Chavost was created in 1946 by the will of their elders, the winegrowers of Chavot-Courcourt.

Chavost is the ancestral name of the village, which formerly was located between the Saint-Martin Church and the Mount Felix hill, upon which a castle was established. The ancestors of Chavost have given the house its strong collective values – solidarity, sharing, and love for their lands.

Now more than ever, Chavost pulls together the forces of the village to grow high-quality grapes, giving them the chance to elaborate the unique wines of Champagne.

The commitment in preserving the environment, their land and the excellence of the Chavost wines, is expanding along with a deep conviction in harmony with their philosophy and values. Chavost is unique in its method of vinification – no added sulphites and no dosage. The wines are atypical and singular, high-quality and delicious.
