The history of Domaine Simon Colin can be defined in two stages. Since 2017, he has endeavoured to allow his consumers to discover his vision of wine through confidential cuvées directly from what he likes to call his “laboratory”.

The idea of ​​this business was to combine his experience acquired in France and abroad with a thirst for answers concerning the world of wine and from this, Domaine Simon Colin was born.

After four years of working on this small trading project, the opportunity presented itself to Simon to take over part of his family vines under his name. Consequently, in 2021 he has put a name to his first strong vintage from an estate made up of around 9 hectares of vines.

Simon projects himself towards a singular vision of viticulture and oenology while respecting family know-how. Aware of the challenges of today’s world, he tries to apply thoughtful and effective work inspired by organic and biodynamic agriculture.

He is truly a rising star in Chassagne-Montrachet and a young producer that should be watched closely.
