LENUZZA VINEYARDS

Rueda Wine Co. is the exclusive South African representative for Lenuzza Vineyards.

Working with RWC since 2023.

Tanika and Daniele Lenuzza brought together South African and Italian wine connections to establish Lenuzza Vineyards. Daniele’s family experience in Friuli forms part of the background, while the wines here are rooted in South African sites.

Pinot Noir from Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge and old-bush-vine Chenin Blanc from Swartland provide two distinct expressions within the range. Different vineyard conditions and cellar choices shape each wine. The Pinot Noir matures in French oak, while concrete eggs form part of the approach to Chenin Blanc. The project’s identity rests on selecting places suited to the variety and allowing those differences to remain clear.
