A Semillon Specialist

Growing up on a farm in the small town of Philadelphia where sheep, wheat fields and the vineyards were Leze’s playground. She was obsessed with the idea of making wine – it was locked into her dreams. Fast forward a few years and she found herself in the middle of Saint-Emillion working her first international harvest at Château Angélus, after completing her BSc.Agric Viticulture and Oenology degree at Stellenbosch University.

After a few harvests around the world, she found herself back in France completing her Masters in Wine & Spirits Management at Kedge Business School in Bordeaux. Eventually, Mīrum Wines was born after an uncertain and interruptive year – 2020.

As Leze puts it, “Mirum stands for the deeper reflection of emotion behind every bottle. It showcases the ability to bring remarkable people together in extraordinary places and experience wonderful moments.”
