Van Niekerk Vintners was born in the heart of the beautiful Overberg in 2019, a perfect setting to pay tribute to their family history. The Van Niekerks have been farming in the area for generations and are honoured to continue the tradition as a super-talented husband and wife winemaking team.
Grapes are hand-selected from various vineyard blocks with a focus on heritage and an emphasis on quality. The vinification process is unadorned with as little as possible intervention allowing the wine to determine its own course.
The wines are pure, perfumed and simply delicious. This husband-and-wife team is one to watch, already receiving lauded results from various critics.
