Testamatta is Bibi Graetz’s flagship Sangiovese, produced from carefully selected old-vine parcels across Tuscany. The focus is on purity, elegance and precision rather than power, with gentle extraction and careful élevage designed to preserve the brightness and energy of the fruit.
Tasting Notes
A refined and expressive Tuscan red, showing lifted aromas of sour cherry, cranberry, red plum, dried herbs, spice and subtle floral notes. The palate is vibrant and finely structured, with polished tannins, fresh acidity and a long, savoury finish. A beautifully detailed expression of Sangiovese, combining Tuscan warmth with impressive finesse.
