Winemaking and Maturation

Everything is done in an artisanal manner, pumping in a bucket, crushing with a foot, ratchet press. No inputs or native yeasts are added. The bottles are labelled and waxed by hand.

Tasting Notes

Camille Thiriet's En la Place cuvée comes from 90-year-old vines located between Comblanchien and Corgoloin. We find a fruity and elegant red wine, with notes of ripe red fruits and captivating spices bringing depth to the juice. In the mouth, delicious with a beautiful texture, and velvety tannins. A beautiful vintage which represents the fine work of the winegrower.
