Winemaking and Maturation
Predappio is a small village in Emilia-Romagna where Chiara Condello has 5 hectares of Sangiovese vines growing in the calcareous soils in the foothills of the Apennine mountains.
Viticulture is organic, and Chiara works with long, slow fermentations to produce a vivid, intense Sangiovese with lifted aromas of sour cherries, tobacco leaf, tar and violets.

"The 2021 Sangiovese Predappio is perfumed with an earthy tinge that perfectly offsets its ripe blueberry fruit. This is round and supple, with a classic feel, displaying amazing energy and a fine cut. Citrus-laced plums and violet undertones linger on the long and gently tannic finish." - Vinous
