product description

Emmanuelle Verset Cornas 2023

Vineyards

Cornas, northern Rhône, France. Domaine Verset A & E works family vineyards on the appellation’s granite slopes, including parcels at Champelrose and Les Mazards.

Winemaking and Maturation

The domaine follows a traditional approach with whole-bunch fermentation and maturation in used oak. Extraction is adjusted to the vintage, and the wines are bottled without fining or filtration.

Tasting Notes

Blackcurrant and fresh herbal notes lead into a bright, savoury palate. Lively acidity and a saline finish give this Cornas definition, balancing its tannin structure.
