Winemaking and Maturation
FERMENTATION AND MACERATION: in steel tanks at a controlled temperature
AGING: 5 months in steel and 5 months in Slavonian oak barrels
Tasting Notes
Medium to full-bodied, with cherry, wild strawberry, flowers, marzipan, fennel, and spice notes. This wine combines both power and elegance, fruit and earth, with such precision and "deliciousness."
