Vineyards
Coteau de Vernon, Condrieu, northern Rhône, France. Old Viognier vines grow on the estate’s historic, steeply terraced granite hillside above the Rhône.
Winemaking and Maturation
The grapes are harvested by hand and pressed as whole bunches. Native-yeast fermentation is followed by maturation in large oak casks and barrels, bringing depth to the wine’s texture.
Tasting Notes
Coteau de Vernon’s signature combines yellow fruit, citrus peel and a floral lift. The palate is concentrated yet fresh, with a fine texture and a particularly long finish.
