50/50 split of the fruit from Darling old vines and bush vines from the Swartland. Both vineyards are grown on iron rich clay soils.

Winemaking and Maturation

Semi-carbonic fermentation occurs naturally using 100% whole-bunches before ageing for 8 months in a combination of concrete and seasoned French oak.
