The Vent d' Ange of Domaine Pattes Loup is nothing less than beautiful white Burgundy. The authentic signature of the mainly limestone soils contributes to wines that are full of minerality. In Vent d'Ange, you are captivated by the ripeness and silky texture, complemented by acidity and minerality.
In a unique way, it is both austere and velvety. A delicate balance that you will usually find in Chablis from the higher ranks of the hierarchy.
