Vincent Paris Cornas Granit 60 2024
Vineyards
Cornas, northern Rhône, France. Mature Syrah vines grow in three selected parcels on granite slopes, including the steep Sauman site that gave the cuvée its name.
Winemaking and Maturation
A proportion of whole bunches is retained during fermentation. The wine matures in used oak barrels, allowing the fruit and tannin structure to develop without a strong new-oak imprint.
Tasting Notes
The cuvée is known for violet, cherry, blackberry and liquorice. It combines concentration with fine tannins and a long finish, rewarding patience as its structure softens.
