Matured in old French oak for ten months before being bottled unfined and very lightly filtered and a further 18 months of bottle maturation before release.
Tasting Notes
The 2021 vintage white has great purity and tension from higher natural acidity and resulting low pH giving an aging potential of easily 10 years from vintage. Black and red fruit, herbs and pepper from nearly 100% whole-bunch fermentation on all components and a rich, savoury palate. Matured in old French oak for ten months before being bottled unfined and very lightly filtered and a further 18 months bottle maturation before release.
Technical Details
Made from a blend of Syrah (70%), Grenache (12%), Carignan (10%) and Cinsault (8%) grape varietals.
9,185 bottles were produced and bottled at 13.5%
