Tasting Notes
"From Les Chênes, as previously made by Philippe Colin, and an adjacent plot. 36% whole bunch vinification. Noticeably darker in colour than the Santenay, with some black fruit as well as red on the nose. Rich plum fruit, very juicy, some tannins behind, a muscular structure but juicier than a Morgeot would be. To keep. Drink from 2027-2033." - Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy
